The apartment was in a great location, just 2 mins walk from the train station, just off the Royal Mile and within walking distance to Princes Street. It was clean, had everything we needed and was a very reasonable price. The two bathrooms were also great especially as there was 4 girls who all had to get ready for our nights out! Jon, the owner was very friendly and helpful and even returned my phone charger that I had left behind! Would recommend it!

The apartment was on the whole very nice, although the kitchen could do with some updating. The stairs proved difficult for one of our group. The stairs were pointed out when the booking was made, but we did not realise there would be so many. However, the location was first class and we enjoyed our visit.

The kitchen will have new microwave / hob & breakfast bar at the end of this month. I'm affraid a second floor flat will always have roughly the same number of stairs no matter where it is, but the views in this case are worth it!
