The location of this little flat is extremely central being just off the end of Princes Street and only a few minutes walk from the railway station. The only negative for some people will be the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to it. It was perfect for a short break, in our case to enjoy the Fringe Festival. The bed was comfy and it was a perfectly nice environment to use as a base right in the centre of Edinburgh. I would happily book it again.
