Clean modern apartment with very comfortable beds and good showers. It had all the necessary ammenities (ie. dish detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) and was a five minute walk from two well equipped grocery stores. The ad says the location is a 10 minute walk to the castle - I would say it is more 15-20, which puts you at the west end of the Royal Mile, but not a problem in the least. Parking is EXCELLENT - no worries and right outside your door - this is very unusual in Edinburgh. Booking, arrival and departure were very smooth and without hassle. They were extremely accommodating, as one vehicle of our party arrived a day early and they allowed the car to stay in the lot overnight, even before we officially checked in. This was very appreciated. If / when back in Edinburgh, we will definitely book here again. If you are one of those people that are skeptical of reviews (like me) don't be - I have high standards and everyone in my party (6 of us) were very happy with all aspects of our stay in Edinburgh.
