EXCELLENT LOCATION. PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE AND HAS PLENTY OF SPACE FOR FOUR PEOPLE. WILL RECOMMEND TO YOUNGER PEOPLE AS THERE ARE LOTS OF BARS AND CLUB IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
